Returns & Replacements

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ToadlyPoppin.com, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30-days of purchase. Item or items must be returned with all original packaging, in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Your order number works perfectly for this scenario.

Once your return has been received, as long as the item is unused and without damage. Your refund will be given within 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your item and refund have been successfully processed. Refund will post to the original form of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear.

Do you do custom work?

Yes! We love to do custom work. Whether its you need to tailor one of our already available pop up designs to your needs, or come up with a new design specific to your needs. We’d love to work with you.

Do you charge for custom work?

If the customization is the simple change of a word or phrase. There are no extra costs.

If you need a custom pop up designed or an element of an available one changed. There will be design fees included on top of the normal cost of the card. Customization costs can vary depending on your needs. Please contact us to talk about your custom pop up greeting card.
